Victory Highway Bridge

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Victory Highway Bridge carries Rt. 102 over Rt. 95 North and South in the town of West Greenwich, RI. The project is actually comprised of two bridges; 102 East and 102 West. The bridges were originally built in the 60s and had out lived their usefulness. The abutments, decks and steel girders were suffering from fatigue and decay. Due to the age and level of deterioration the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) determined both structures required complete replacement.
