Bridge Group 43A Mohegan Bridge

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project included demolition of the existing piers, pier cap and deck. Construction of new piers, and pier cap supported on drilled micropiles. Rehabilitation of the substructure and replacement of the 250 foot superstructure with steel stringers and a cast in place deck. This project also incorporated a substantial new drainage system and realignment of an intersection directly adjacent to the bridge.
