A Project Superintendent is expected to be a problem solver, organized, highly motivated, possess leadership qualities and the ability to to accurately communicate project conditions and issues to upper management. A Project Superintendent will be responsible for efficiently managing and directing the daily operations of one or more construction projects.
Senior Level Requirement: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and/or possess relevant industry experience.
Entry Level Requirement: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
